Shipping Costs

Orders can be shipped throughout New Zealand.
Please check shipping prices when you’re checking out, if the below is confusing. Feel free to email me if you have queries. 

The quickest and easiest way to find out your shipping price is to add the item to your cart, enter your address, and see what it says.

Shipping within New Zealand
Framed and Unframed Prints (or small paper artworks)  $10
Originals on canvas (sent rolled in a tube): $50
Please email me for a quote if you would like your original stretched and framed.

SHIPPING TIMES

ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE take a long time to be completed due to the demand on printers and framers. Please be patient, they’re worth the wait.

Standard/non sale timing:

Originals are shipped within 2-5 working days following placement of the order.

Prints are made to order, so please keep that in mind - allow up to 10 days for prints to be created.

SHIPPING METHOD

Originals are shipped through DHL.
Prints in NZ are shipped via Courier Post.

RETURNS
Please note that all prints are made to order, so keep that in mind when picking your print and its size - returns are costly for myself and my printers. I do not hold stock of prints, so cannot exchange them. I can exchange or replace damaged or faulty products.

Please check for damage by couriers as soon as you receive your package - if there is damage please take pictures, including pics of the packaging, and send them to me asap. We cannot claim anything from couriers after 7 days from delivery.

If you would like to return your artwork due to a fault, please contact me within 30 days of your order.
